Requirements
To establish your new Shawnee Telephone Account, visit one of our offices. We’ll be happy to start your new account.
You need to bring the following items: Picture ID, SSN, and information about your new location.
You will be asked to complete an application for telephone service, including the following information.- Billing name & address for new account
- Physical location / county of residence
- Employment information
- History of telephone service
