
Call Waiting: This feature
informs a subscriber engaged in a normal conversation
that a third party is calling.
Cancel Call Waiting:
This feature enables a subscriber to cancel call waiting
before making a call for the duration of the call.
Three Way Calling: This
feature allows a single party subscriber to add another
call to an Existing two way connection.
Call Forwarding: This
feature allows a single party subscriber to have all
incoming calls forwarded to another, pre-selected line.
Call Forward, Busy-No Answer:
The call forward, busy-no answer feature allows a subscriber
to forward calls that encounter either a busy or no
answer to another line after a specified number of rings.
Call Transfer: This feature
enables a subscriber to transfer an established call
to another directory number without terminating the
two other users connected. This feature requires the
three way calling feature.
Revert Calling – Premise
Intercom: The revert calling feature allows
a subscriber to utilize the subscriber’s single
line for internal communications.
Speed Calling – 8:
The speed calling-8 feature allows a subscriber to call
any one of eight pre-selected telephone numbers from
memory by dialing a single digit code rather than the
entire number.
Speed Calling – 30:
The speed calling-30 feature allows a subscriber to
call any one of thirty pre-selected telephone numbers
from memory by dialing a single digit code rather than
the entire number.
Toll control with PIN#:
This feature allows customers with restricted long distance
to call a long distance number by dialing a predetermined
PIN#. This PIN# can be up to seven digits.
Line Hunting: This feature
allows calls to sequentially seek predetermined lines
based on whether the incoming call encounters either
a busy signal or is not answered after a specified number
of rings has occurred.
Warm Line: This feature
allows the subscriber 30 seconds of dial tone before
a call is automatically generated to a specified terminating
number of up to 24 digits in length. During the 30 second
dial tone duration, which is initiated by the instrument
doing off-hook, the line may be used for basic service,
of for initiating custom calling features. The warm
line feature is not available to automatic lines, coin
lines, multi-party lines, manual lines, or deny originating
lines.
Number Referral: This
feature enables an out of service number to be referred
to another number. Basic business or residence line
charges will apply in addition to the rates and charges
associated with this particular service.
Teen/Personal Ringing:
This feature allows a phone line to have up to three
phone numbers, each having its own unique ring pattern.
The main number has one long ring, the second number
has two short rings, and the third number a short, long,
short ring.
Automatic Recall: The
telephone number associated with the last incoming call
to the customer (called party) may be automatically
redialed. Activation must occur before another incoming
or call waiting indication is received by the customer.
Automatic Callback:
The telephone number associated with the last outgoing
call placed by the customer (calling party) may be automatically
redialed. Activation must occur before another outgoing
call is placed by the customer.
Calling Number Delivery:
This feature provides for the display of the incoming
telephone number on a customer provided display device
attached to the customer’s telephone line or on
a telephone with a built-in display screen.
Calling Name Delivery:
This feature is only offered to customers subscribing
to calling number delivery. It provides for the display
of the listed name associated with the telephone number
from which the call is being made.
Calling Name/Number Delivery Blocking:
This feature allows a customer to prevent delivery
of the listed number and name to the called party. If
the call is completed, the code “PRIVATE”
appears on the caller ID of the called party.
Selective Call Acceptance:
This feature allows a customer to screen incoming calls
against a list of ten customer-specified directory numbers
and then accepts any calls from those numbers. Calls
from other numbers are denied access and will be automatically
completed to a pre-recorded announcement which will
indicate that calls are not being taken at this time.
Selective Call Rejection:
This feature allows the customer to have the switch
automatically reject calls from numbers on the customer’s
pre-selected screening list of up to ten numbers.
Selective Call Forwarding:
This feature allows the customer to transfer selected
incoming calls to another number.
Customer Originated Trace:
This feature will, upon successful customer activation,
automatically trace the telephone number of the line
used for the last call received by the customer. The
customer must dial a company designated code, and a
confirmation will be heard when a designated code has
been dialed.
Anonymous Caller Rejection:
This feature blocks and routes to an announcement incoming
calls from parties who have activated calling number
or calling name delivery blocking for that call.
Calling Identity Delivery on Call
Waiting: This allows subscribers to receive
information about a calling party on a waiting call.
Caller ID is required, and is charged seperately.
